- Not recommended for other Windows versions such as Windows 2000
- Not compatible with 64-bit editions of Windows Vista or Windows XP
- Not compatible with Server or Tablet PC editions of Windows
Desktop PC:
- 250 MB available hard disk space
- One available USB port for synchronization
- Not compatible with dual- or multiple-CPU computers (Note: this is not the same as a dual- or multi-core processor, which is compatible with Palm Desktop 6.2)

- Not compatible with other Palm devices such as Tungsten T5, LifeDrive or Treo 600
tryzub: Based on the information on Palm's website (or the lack thereof), there is no compelling reason whatsoever to download this software. There have been features of 4.x removed and nothing of value added. Even the Outlook 2007 support is simply the previous patches rolled into one. I won't go into it further here, but check out the Visit website link yourself and make your own decision. 
kwesib: I've already gone back to 4.1.1. In general, the usability of this version has decreased greatly. No category colors, date book entry has requires way too many strokes, and that is just the beginning.
