PackageInstaller 1.5 (for Palm OS)
PackageInstaller 1.5 (for Palm OS)
File
packageinstaller.prc is a hidden file that must reside on your Treo before you can download packages in
*.PSI format created with the
PalmSource Package Installer. If the file was inadvertently deleted, you can simply download it from here without having to reinstall.
Only install this file if you have been directed to do so by a technical advisor or if you are positive you know what you are doing!
A common PSI package that requires this file is the IBM's WebSphere Everyplace Micro Environment Java runtime.
