1Slide4U (formerly the Nexave keyguard) is a free transparent keyguard replacement that is full of additional info such as system status readings, weather (with 4Cast or kMeteo installed), and even current traffic conditions (with 2LaunchMe installed) - not only current time and date like the system keyguard. It can by wiped away with a downward finger swipe, or be dismissed with key combinations defined in its settings, such as the default method of using the 5-way navigation.
