Navegador is GPS enabled application that collects real time information from many GPS models and provides an easy and compact navigation solution. Navegagor understands most of the GPS protocols available today, including the Zodiac binary protocol (used by DeLorme units), the Garmin proprietary protocol, and the standard NMEA 183 protocol.
martinp13: Crashes my 700p when I launch the app, and requires a soft reset. Oh well! 
shneor: This is another very nica GPS app via Bluetooth. It shows coordinates, elevation, satellites, and will track your movement (but as far as I can see, does not interact with a map). Works with my Treo 650 and the keychain GPS available at the store (here).
