biejer: The best chat app I have ever purchased! And its cheaper than IM+! 
PMmedic: Customer service is nonexistent!!! I used this program for a while and it worked for the most part. It had some bugs, and would cause occasional crashes, but it did what it was advertised to do. The problem was when my 700p needed to be replaced for warranty reasons and I had to get a replacement phone. All purchased software on my Treo transfered without a problem except the Mundu program. It keeps telling me the registration key is already in use and wont allow me to enter my purchased key. In the past month I have written to Mundu's customer service no less than five times, without so much as an automated reply. I cannot recommend this software to anyone, based on the big FU that I got after sending them money. 
marcovan: I lost my device and received a new one. I emailed support to receive a new key. It's been over a week and still not have received a response from support at all. Very dissapointed.
