Awesome Palm paint program from a talented Japanese developer. It's almost like a mini-Photoshop. It's called MoePaint. It has tons of drawing tools like fills, gradients, pencils, brushes, opacity levels, and even support for layers! MoePaint is pixel based, with export/import to bmp files.
Note: As current beta has a set expiration, is is available in addition to the previous beta in the zip download. The prc download remains the official beta version 1.2b6.

goodmaninc13: aww man it doesn't even work!!!!
cheker: irwan and spiketrigger: If only you would read sdl's entire review ... *roll eyes*. This 1.2b6 version doesn't work. But if you go to the developer's website (using the Visit website link on this page), you can download the previous stable 1.1 version. That one works without problems.
irwan: same same does'nt even work as well
spiketrigger: does'nt even work on my treo 650. it keeps instantly going back to the main menu
sdl: I am a Photoshop NUT, and this program is beyond amazing. The latest version (1.2b6) would not load properly on my Palm T|X (just kicked me right out), but I went to the Website (link on this page) and downloaded MoePAINT1.1, which worked just fine. There is NO need for a hi-res upgrade. Everything about it works on my T|X with full color, full screen, full resolution, and seemingly no limit to the number of layers. How did he do it?! The program's a 1/4 of a MB in size! Blur, rubber band, layers, transparency, brushes, etc., etc., - again, beyond amazing.
annewarmo: seems cool and quite funky but a little complicated
searedice: Great drawing software. It could use a hi-res upgrade, however...
jacobh: The best art program I've found on the Palm! Like PhotoShop, it even has layers, transparency, blur tool, gradient fills, screen, multiply, etc. All we need now is JPG import/export, but I guess there might be another program that can do that?
eralfix: not free, wrong promission! the software is for me a chain of questions about the "sell the code...."
finno: Very promising app.
Needs jpg and ability to save files on card (bmp are big files), but anyway impressive.
