iSpin Lite is a PalmOS launcher with a set of incredible features. It is a replacement for the standard PalmOS launcher replacement. It not only launches standard PalmOS applications in the usual manner but goes far far beyond the standards when running iSpin-enhanced applications.
iSpin is a not only a launcher, but a "multi-tasking" run-time environment that runs iSpin-enhanced applications concurrently in a Windows-like manner.

The commercial version of iSpin launcher adds more functionality. You will get:
* Resident mode, i.e. taskbar activation within external application (ARM-based handhelds only)
* Custom JPEG desktop background. You may choose a JPEG image from your card to be shown as desktop background (ARM-based handhelds only)

hackslash: Looking for new ways to spruce up the aging Treo 650 and seeing everything else looking like an iPhone idea gone bad, I was pleasantly surprised by this interface..First time I loaded this launcher, I was asked if I wanted to make it the default launcher and just like Neo chosing the red pill in the Matrix, I clicked YES. For this choice I got cool windows look and feel environment. Navigation is a breeze. Especially the start menu options of choosing the last 5 app. and tab browsing. Now the bad.. I wasn't learning how to dodge bullets but.. when my Treo did a soft reset like it normally does when ever an application crashes it, not that this application was responsible for my crash, but on rebooting the application was missing and I was stuck with the old crappy look of a launcher. I had to reload to get it back as there is no icon that will initiate it from the Treo application screen. Love it anyway.
gerda1: After downloading this application to my Treo 650, I was not able to access any of my other applications!
hombrey: love it or hate it.for me this app:1. likes to piss on the grave of palm OS even if it isn't dead yet;2. tries too much to sound like a product made by apple; even though3. it struggles to be a windows look-alike; and4. ends up performing like brittney spears on a bad night

Lloyd_Humph: How do you add programs to the "desktop?" cant seem to drag them in "My Palm"... all ideas appreciated.
Roxtar: how do you make it the defaul launcher? I have that option checked, but everytime I press my 'home' button, it goes back to the original Palm menu? thanks
