I have been using the (Noah Pro 3.0 - English dictionary) for some time and it's great. Sorry to hear they went out of business!

Blessedwoman: Very awesome. Always right there when I need it the most. Just make sure you have unlimited connection to the web on your phone. 
uniondisco: Probably very useful if you want to spend a fortune connecting to the net everytime you want to check a word. I'd prefer a file of 5Mb if it saved me money. :O)
