Budz2320: Nice & effective launcher but needs more improvements on its UI.

dfrossar: I've been trying out ArrowLauncher, the now-defunct predecessor. I love it. Initiate, though it has some interesting ideas, is just one of many old-school launchers of the Launcher III, LauncherX, SilverScreen variety.

Ehardman: I did'nt much care for the interface so I deleted it. When it deleted, it also deleted my email accounts and corrupted a database file to another program. Not happy!

xyzzyx: Great application with the worst UI. I've grown complete relay on I8's functionality yet i hate the UI so much that i try my best hide form it. I do this by using 2day and setting up 2day to pass keystokes to I8. This way, i just turn on my treo with the datebook button (which starts 2day) and start typing/dialing/launching and vola i am exectly where i wanted to be.

phillyslickster: It's a great idea. Needs a different UI. Have been having several resets, which have been caused by Initiate so says #*377 on my Treo 650. I tried to delete the application and I get the following error: Error:dm:database Protected in Item:remove()d Yet, the applications isn't locked anywhere. Confused???? Rob if you're out there, please help me. I've posted in the forum for assistance as well.

cellneuron: The UI is too ugly. The user experience is awful too. I didn't see any advantage of this app, comparing with builtin launcher.

ecl@mailme.dk: Butler (a great program) had for a long time been my wake up main-man :-) But when i installed (And bought) Initiate my Treo 600 jammed (stucked) at night while on the cradle??? no waky waky???!! i had to reset my Treo (after i had rushed (very late) to my job). A very bad barking for me! ecl@mailme.dk

afaebe: The UI sucks. It does not do what it says it would.

hennein: Initiate grossly intrudes into the Treo 650 - taking over all preferences and controls. It has an unattractive user interface, and when I tried to remove it, it trashed blazers ability to make a PPP connection. This required a hard reset. Perhaps related to Initiate, my contacts db was corrupted, and it was a nightmare to restore my data. Use Initiate at your own risk.

BeantownTreo600: Incredible and flawless on my Treo600. Launch websites as easy as applications. Launch apps on the card or ram. Skins, graphics, and tools make Initiate a very user friendly and utilitarian application. Recommend with confidence.
