Typically, to install an overlay you have to erase the old one, and then sync over a new one.
You can use Treo Button Manager to manage all the button overlay files (skins)
Note: to revert to the original dialpad, simply delete file "phone_spcs_ms650_green.prc".
andy18: Ok, I am a verizon 650 user and it is very frustrating to have a different carriers name appear when you turn your phone on. The considerate tjhing to do was to have mentioned that sprint would appear in the description, but getting rid of the software is not very difficult. Search filez on my treo add this to your device then search and delete on the filez application, problem solved. 
skifreshpow: stay away from this download if you are a Verizon customer. Pain to get off!
