Many PalmOS softwares let you use files installed on a memory card. But in some cases, the files have to be copied in a specific directory on the card to be found by the program. Unfortunately, the "QuickInstall" (HotSync) tool that comes with your device installs all PalmOS databases (with extension .pdb) in the same directory (/PALM/Launcher) and you must manually move them in order to use them.

Forget this tedious process with Folder: this tiny utility automatically moves the files to their dedicated directory every time you synchronize new files on the memory card.

Folder works on any device with PalmOS version 4 or greater with external memory card support.

Once installed, you can see this app under Prefs. For further instructions, please READ the manual in the zipped file.

Once installed, the software works automatically: after each "hotsync", it looks for new files installed on your memory card(s) and moves those files that requires to be in a specific directory. If necessary, the program will create the required directories.

In the current version, the files for the following programs are automatically moved:
