EasyCall 1.03 (for Palm OS)
EasyCall 1.03 (for Palm OS)
EasyCall helps you to convert or add a prefix to your telephone numbers conveniently.
After EasyCall has been activated, the default dial form will be replaced. The "Dial Form" refers to the form displayed in the following situations: in the contact managing program (named Contacts) when a particular telephone number is clicked; or in the Messaging program when the "Call Sender" menu is invoked, or in the Phone Program when any record in the Call Log is clicked, and so on.
There are in total 6 rules you can edit - to edit the rules please see the help of "Config From". In "Dial From" and the main form, the keys "Y", "H", "B", "U", "J", "N" are keyboard shortcuts for your convenience. Note: after modifying the numbers in "Dial Form", please click the "U" button in the upper right to update the form.
Please see the developer website for registration and other information.
externalemail: I was not able to make it work on the treo 650, it did not take over my phone, configuration did not save becasue i did not see the U on right side of screen, use next digits could only go to 9 we have 10, no mention of time delay characters for calling cards. I am sure once these issues are corrected it would be a tremendous asset for people to use.
sergiocarlo: PEOPLE !!! WHERE CAN I FIND THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS SOFTWARE... thank you.. sorry I'm yelling.. I'm just a tad frustrated. Serge. sergio@sergiocarlo.com DOMINICAN REPUBLIC
Fixup: This util has great potential. Perfect to add, e.g., *67 to block caller ID.
However that's pretty much all the use of it.
As it does not support pause (","), so cannot use it for calling card.
Another limit is: only support stylus. If I use dial or ok button to dial a #, it is not activated.
Once the author corrects these two things, I'll give it 10 out of 10.
rexyoung: An interesting gadget as innovative as the author who comes from my Alma Mater. ^^
