Chatopus 2.22 (for Palm OS)
Chatopus is a Jabber/XMPP client for instant messaging (IM) on the Palm OS platform. The client adds feature-rich instant messaging and presence functionality to Palm devices, enabling Palm users to instantly communicate to other wireless and wired users.
Chatopus allows users to communicate with Jabber contacts. What's more, it also supports the transport aspects of Jabber, allowing users to establish links to other instant messaging solutions including MSN Messenger, ICQ, AIM, Yahoo! Messenger, GaduGadu, Sametime and others.
Chatopus can also be used to receive real-time news via RSS feeds.

HollywoodME: I rated it a 3 only because I couldn't get it to work. the server transports would progress then error. so I gave up. but then again I'm an idiot so don't let me hold you back. I use Mundu now and it works swell for me.
csesget: I am using with Google Talk and love it.
phillyslickster: Works great with Google Talk. Hard to integrate the other clients with it, such as AIM, Yahoo, etc. When I tried to set up gateway, it stayed on progressing for an hour with each gateway and NEVER set up or said that it couldn't.
ptitbrun: top
gt5l: chitchat is much easier to use
