traceywashere: i too also must say .. it started of great, i paid for it, and constantly struggle with the server being down. i've not been able to use it all for weeks. their support sux. go elsewhere -- it tain't worth it. i sure wish i could get my money back! (that ain't happening either)

gooddawggy: Not a good product. Starts out really good actually. But the supoprt from Mantra is terrible and more often than not in the afternoon their validation server is down. Paying for a service that you don't receive is bad. Added to this, when the complaints mounted on teh product in their forums, they removed the forums on the pretense of upgrading. Well its been about 4 months of upgrading the forums now....

cooldude: Kudos!!! I think it is the best IM of all times. Kudos to the interface. I am not sure how singhsta (the user who commented on the interface) did not like it. It is by far the easiest interface ever possible. Ciao!!

mesenko: If the mantra validation server is down the software won't work. Has been down for 24hrs as of now... unacceptable for a commercial product.

blackintel: It constantly getting errors after a couple a months of using it. The IM server is under maintennce at inconvenience times especially in the late morning which is ridiculous. I cannot add usernames from Yahoo offline messages to my buddy lists so it is a headache to manually add them to the list AFTER writing it down or remembering the spelling of usernames while inputting them.
