mgutierrez: the fun thing is it worked on my treo 650 and also played mp3 songs for incoming calls. But for some reason the application now only shows pocket-tunes as the only player using mp3 ringtones. where did velocity-player go????
sometimes it is really unstable but since yesterday it worked. And now that I have purchased it it stoped working. Isn't that strange...
svtlghtng818: Program worked but everytime my phone stopped ringing (when the call would go to voicemail) it would shut off an reboot.. Strange... Other wise i'd buy it in a second!!

hdtravel: This application in the current version is unstable on my Treo 650. Causes continual resets. Nice ideas. Poor execution. Avoid at all costs until the bugs are fixed. I was using Ringo and it is rock solid, of course its features are more limited then this software. I am going back to Ringo until the bugs are fixed.
adam89117: I get a White Screen of Death every time I tell it not to log a phone call. If I opt to log it, it just hangs until I click on the "do not log" button - and then the WSoD. App is a good idea, but it just won't work. I'd love to see a bugfix - might buy it then.
2000 Man: Just software that's full of bugs. Causes massive resets that kill all of your passwords and settings. Avoid like the plague.
genecamp: Same issues here that everyone else with the 650 is experiencing. The most important feature that I wanted to work was the pickup/hangup feature. I wanted this to work so bad that I cleared all the other software off my 650, just to make sure that there were no program conflicts. It still didn't work. If all of the 650 bugs do get worked out however, I will be a buyer of this program.
bryencw: Great Idea, but... Locks up 650 (with no other hacks installed), 'pickup/hangup' feature picks up but doesn't hang up, won't stop altering the phone's status light even when that feature isn't selected. Not really useful in this state. Wait for updates before buying.
alidaanish: this does not work properly for the 650. Some of the functions work, and some do not. For me, the background music and the pickup&hang up option do not work.
But this is GREAT stuff- cant wait for it to be fully functional.
An option that should be considered is to send an sms if the call is ignored...ie in a meeting call you later or something. along the lines of shrkmsg's functionality.

These programs are using a function that was undocumented called AlmEnableNotifications, which Palm had initially indicated was for system use only. First (and only) application to play MP3 ringtones on my Treo 600 and as such
worth every penny as I can now hear the phone even in busy train stations

This is "must have" software for the Treo 600. Aside from providing badly needed
functionality, it's robust, stable, handles international and local calls perfectly,
and hasn't fallen into the traps some of the competing products have fallen
into of playing 1 second of ringtone before dismissing calls etc. I've tried
other apps in this category and have been deeply frustrated with all but this
one. Great work!!!
