"What Did Mary Say?"

It's easy to attach a note to a call. Upon launch, Call Notes displays the latest call made. Enter text and it is appended to the current note. Quickly position to other calls using the Next and Prev buttons. Navigation is completely single-handed.

Call Notes lets you browse in "All Contacts" mode or "Single Contact" mode. All Contacts mode shows calls for all contacts in time order.

Single Contact mode shows calls only for the selected contact, in time order. In Single Contact mode, if a contact has multiple telephone numbers, Call Notes displays calls for all the numbers in the Contact database for the contact.

Call Notes formats dates and times according to your global preferences settings.

Call Notes - Single Contact Mode

Call Notes has a preference to automatically copy notes for calls to the Contacts database.

Use this option to view call notes on your PC with Palm Desktop or Microsoft Outlook. The PC call notes are updated upon every hotsync operation.
