Now you can with Buzz. Buzz will monitor all incoming calls and SMS and will apply the filters that you have setup to use. If you choose, a logfile will be created for blocked calls.
You can block callers by their phone number, any digit in the phone number, area code, a from and to time to filter the caller, the day of the week from Sunday to Saturday to filter the caller.
Buzz is simple to use and yet powerful and flexible to keep you in control of who can call you and when.
Compatible with Light Wav for MP3 and WAV ringtones.
Note: Now supports the Treo 650.

BiliBug: Works much better than Lightwave, becasue it has fewer features. However, version 2.1 is still not ready for "prime time". If the developer is still creating new weekly builds to correct bugs, it should be beta-ware not release-ware, especially when new betas break things that were fixed in previous versions. I wanted to love this program, but have since abandoned it. 
AlexEvo: Full of features even for the demo version. I did notice a specific bug though, if you add a phone number that normally shows up as "no caller ID" and then that person disables their OUTGOING caller ID blocking(such as a house for example) then when they try to call you instead of blocking the call it makes my Palm reset itself twice. I'm not sure whats causing this. hopefully the full version on the toysoft.ca site works better. 
ryanj: i think this works great. it dose exzctly what it says. i dont know why people are so mean. the only thing it dosent do is blcok sms. i have had no problems with it. i even took the time to come back and rate it a ten because it works that darn great.
