Typically, to install an overlay you have to erase the old one, and then sync over a new one.
You can use Treo Button Manager to manage all the button overlay files (skins)
Note: to revert to the original dialpad, simply delete file "phone_spcs_ms650_blue.prc".
AlexEvo: you guys shouldnt be rating this 1s and 5s just because it says sprint on it when it starts up, if little things like that irritate you then you're way too anal retentive. it does what it is supposed to, and that is turning the dial pad blue. so quit bitching about the sprint screen. PWNED!

i was really annoyed with it saying "sprint" when i had cingular...and i thought it was something with my phone until i deleted the file...can u make a blue button manager for cingular?

***The only way to delete this file is to download FileZ and remove it. It does not appear int eh applications directory*** 
msweet: Works fine, but uses Sprint Start Up screen. If you use another carrier, that is somewhat upsetting.
