Chuck Lawhorn: I have had AvantGo 5.7 build 46 for at least three months on my Treo. Why are new versions announced if there is no change in build number?

Joad: Yeah, nothing new here move along. I think all these posts of old apps are "new" to mytreo.net, that's the only thing that makes them "new." I wish mytreo.net would fix the "Last updated" to reflect this fact - I've wasted many times updating and installing "updated" software off this site that's been out for months. Usually I click the mfr link ( a great feature to have since ****gear stopped it months ago) and check when it was REALLY updated.

tribble: I do not know what is updated here . the build 46 exists since months !!! so what???

MaxLaw: I just cannot get this to work with my Treo 650, although it worked (through the same work computer) with my Palm i705. First e-mail/posting on Avantgo was quick, but did not help. Since then, no response. If it works for you, it is great. For me, a low, low rating!

skuhr: Very cool! Try this, you will like it. I can't imagine why everyone is not using this!

Bentley: I've been using this for years. Great. It only ads a few seconds to the sync process, but I get over a dozen magazines & publications on my palm to read when I have 5 min to kill from Rolling Stone to Time Magazine. Now that I have a Treo, it's even more powerful, as I can wirelessly sinc news with BBC & NY Times as news is happening. Was powerful during the Tsunami, etc. It's free.
