Aren't MVP's third party support personnel who have gone through the Microsoft MVP program? Since they usually don't work for Microsoft, how can they be "fired" by Microsoft?

Microsoft MVP's can be 'fired' by losing their MVP designation. They have a few benefits by getting the designation, so getting 'fired' hurts a little, but not like losing a real job :).

6.1 has been released. It's fact. We are talking about 7 because rumour has it, it will be the next version out with major changes (which only makes sense).
