When I opened the box containing Sena's flip top Treo case, I found it nestled inside a red flannel drawstring bag. When I pulled the case from the pouch, my initial reaction was one of profound disappointment. Disappointment that this case is not yet available for the Centro, because I've never felt such soft leather before.
An extremely rich looking leather case, this model covers the face of your Treo to provide maximum protection. Hinged at the bottom, the flap attaches securely at the top with magnets at each side. I've always thought a case with a downward flap made far more sense – no need to bend it all the way back, or fight with it from hitting you in the head while on a call. The flap itself has two sd card holders sewn in tightly, but with enough give in the soft leather to allow you to get your cards in and out easily. Keeping cards in the slots does not seem to affect how the flap closes, nor does it press too tightly on the buttons.
The general fit is snug with a snap closure at the top, leaving the antenna, mute switch, stylus, and camera exposed, but covering the sd slot to prevent accidental ejection/loss. There is a cutout over the back speaker. The leather puckers just slightly around the cutout for the side buttons and while this detracts from the general smoothness of the case, it doesn't affect function. The cutouts around the speaker and LED on the front are perfectly aligned, but the cutout for the screen itself seems to be stretched just slightly giving it a rounded appearance. With the flap closed, you have access to the headset jack on the bottom, but you will need to open the flap to charge. This is not the case to use if you like to use a cradle.
There is a wide plastic button on the back to attach a belt clip. The belt clip, itself, is a typical short plastic piece with a quick release button on top. I'm spectacularly unimpressed with the clip. Not only is it short (won't fit on larger belts or purse straps), the quick release button seems redundant as the button does not lock in easily at all. Fortunately, the Sena fliptop comes in a clipless version as well.
Overall, this is a beautiful and functional case that will definitely keep your Treo safe and looking good. Given the choice, I would definitely opt for the no clip version. You can also find Sena cases in a variety of colors and styles.

I have been using the Sena flip case with my 680 for close to 1 year. It has worn well. I like that I can open it with one hand. It also works with the Seidio Innodock.
My one modification was to cut the small piece of leather on the side between the toggle button and the pause button.

I went thru 2 belt clips already. The trigger that holds the phone in place is wearing out the plastic causing the clip not to hold the phone. Other than this the case is nice.
