parimoo says:
That is not unusual, as a physician, I have tried a wide variety of devices, and still think Palm treos ( not the windows mobile types ) are the most versatile of them all.
Macheath_Messer says:
These accusations against Microsoft are nothing new; Microsoft has been doing this on the PC side of things for quite some time. It's just another reason I just cannot bring myself to accept having to use a Windows Mobile device, merits of the OS notwithstanding. Does that make me the fool? I'm not sure; I just cannot stomach supporting the company that cannot stand a level playing field, and has a history of doing things to make sure all is going their way.
I'll second parimoo's endorsement of the Palm platform. I'm a hospital pharmacist, and the abundance of medical & drug information software is more than enough to keep me using Palm for some time to come.
FWIW, YMMV, good night, and good luck. ;-)
