Fun Friends are absurd cases created purely for the joy of accessorizing when you're feeling whimsical. There are models that fit a variety of phones. The models in mytreo.net/store are universal and fit current Treo smartphone models perfectly. When your Treo has a Fun Friend on, you cannot use the camera. With a Fun Friend on your Treo, you can use a wired headset via an opening for the cord at the bottom. There is also an opening at the top for your device's antenna (for use with Treo 600, 650, and 700 models not yet outfitted with short antennas). The case acts like a pouch, with a thin plastic cover. With the case on, you can see the screen and access all of the device's buttons.

I don't love holding my Treo to my ear while inside a Fun Friend. I recommend using the case with a Bluetooth headset instead.

One of the nicest things about Fun Friends is that they have clips that can be attached to your belt loop, button hole, or any strap. Each Fun Friend has a loop sewn in to the top of its furry head for attachment to the clip. The loops themselves are fairly heavy cord, and appear to be double knotted inside the seam of the body.

If you are looking for the perfect Treo case…this isn't it. But if you are looking for something that will make you the center of attention, give your Treo a furry friend and enjoy!
