Paul Loeffler is leading a new Web 2.0 initiative for Palm Inc. that holds a great deal of promise: an official company blog. The site will receive contributions on a variety of subject matters from people in various departments within the company. The idea is to open up channels of communication with the public.

I have been following this new blogsite, and must say that while I'm thrilled that Palm is putting itself out there to show they're listening, I'm ashamed of the users who have taken it as an opportunity to vent their frustrations in [b]every[/b] topic, regardless of whether it's germaine or not.
