  1. Store looks nice how about opening one in Michigan?

  2. Not a whole lot of traffic considering it’s a brand new store in a high-traffic area during peak shooping season…

I’ve sold many, many Palm devices (no commission :( ) by just showing people what it can do. However, it’s the capabilities of the 3rd-party apps that clinch the deal.

Go into these stores and you’ll usually find a youngster hired straight out of pulling coffee at Starbucks trying to show off stock devices, with an occasional Astraware game installed. Even BUYING third-party apps in these stores is nearly impossible - but they are the most compelling reason to shell out the hundreds for the devices. The memopad hardly gets your juices flowing, yaknow?

  3. I would hope that they can keep the location open and move into other major cities…
Atlanta would be nice…2 stores in the airport, but they are not accessible if you are not actually flying due to the security at the airport.

  4. It looks kind of like a color version of an APPLE store, but hopefully it won’t have the always present omnipotent APPLE attitude.

  5. > hopefully it won’t have the always present omnipotent APPLE attitude

    You’ll be disappointed.
