It is a well-known fact that glossy black devices are very difficult to maintain! I have never found the need for extra protection for my devices up until the Treo Pro. Not only is it a fingerprint magnet, it is also very easy to scratch. I managed to scratch the screen with my fingernails, and the battery cover had picked up so many tiny scratches that I shuddered at the thought of placing my Treo Pro on rough surfaces. That’s when I decided to give BodyGuardz a shot.

Palm recently released a cabinet file update for the Sprint Treo Pro that aids in device debugation. Present bugs can lead to the smart phone not ringing and this can cause the user to miss an incoming call. Fortunately, this solves the problem and the update is now recommended for all 1.04 Sprint Treo Pros.
It is important to note that this update is a software update, not a firmware upgrade. So, if a hard reset is performed the update needs to be reinstalled. This device update can be installed in three ways-transfers using ActiveSync, downloads over the air (OTA), or launches from a microSD card. If you would like to install OTA, please click here.
